- Yes, African Leadership University applicants should be above the age of 18.
- However, those below 18 but above 16 will have to go through an interview with our Student Life Team to gauge their maturity level for university.
- Applicants below 16 will have to wait till they are above 16 to apply and join ALU.
- The process is as follows;
1. The underage applicant completes their application stating their date of birth.
2. The Admissions Team flags to Student Life that we have an underage applicant.
3. The applicant receives an email guiding them through their next steps; parents' consent form, booked interview.
4. Applicant's parent signs the consent form and the applicant sends it back to us.
5. Applicant is invited for an interview with Student-Life Team.
6. The Student-Life Team informs the applicant is they will be proceeding as per their interview results.
